I was not happy this time around. I brought my truck in because the 4WD would not turn off. Paid $90 for a diagnosis, though they could not diagnose the problem. It happened to fix itself while they drove it. They recommended replacing the 4WD switch for $325, but could not say for sure it needed replacing. I don't know how this could not be covered by my powertrain warranty, as I could not drive the vehicle normally with the 4WD engaged (very hard to make turns).
