Hula Hut was PACKED and we were starving so we wandered over to Abel s. They were able to seat us right away and this should have been the first red flag.

We were seated at a dirty table. Appetizing. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and clean the table. Well, she dragged a wet cloth across the table and left us with a wet table. Beautiful. It took another 10 minutes for menus and water and about 20 minutes after that for them to take our order. Do you even want to know how long it took for the food to arrive? I didn't think so.

Once our waitress finally came back to take our order, I asked her a few questions about the special that evening. After she answered, I decided I would try to special.

Oh - we ran out of the special. said the waitress.

Wait, what?! You know when would have been a good time to tell me this? The second you handed out the menus. You know when the second best time would have been to tell me this? As soon as I asked about the special and BEFORE you answered. Dear god!

About 7 years later, our food came out. They didn t bring any catchup, mustard, hot sauce, etc. I said f)(*k it - I ll just go get it myself. So I went behind the waiter station and helped myself.
