Just exceptional, 7th time and still so beautiful !!!
So many things to say about this Establishment, so many thanks to give!
We have been to Dubai 10 times including 7 times we have stayed at the Sofitel The PAM Dubai as much to tell you how much we love this establishment.
Staff always welcoming, friendly, courteous and attentive to each of our visits.
Our last stay, still with family, dates from April 23 to May 7, 2018 That is 14 Fabulous days, sincere thanks to Mr. Lahcen Saadaoui who showed listening, benevolence and kindness: he allowed us to extend our stay without no difficulty while maintaining our suite.
Thanks also to Sarah: available, smiling and always ready to satisfy her customers.
Excellent hotel, quality service, clean, pleasant, quiet establishment, spacious suite, good bedding, beautiful view of the beach.
Very well equipped beach thank you very much to Thomas and especially Mayavelu for their kindness, professionalism, they took such good care of us, thank you again.
The valets are always smiling and that's very nice.
The buffet is very varied every day, yet we are a member of the vintage club and each time we go to the Le Mavlana buffet restaurant because it does not have everything we want for both adults and children.
We have three children aged 9, 4 and a small infant of 3 months.
Family hotel you will find everything for your children: Swimming pool, paddling pool, playground, glacier, small supermarket.
We will be going back in October 2018 for the 8th time With our parents.
I recommend 100% !!!
