They're working in our complex at this time. Garages are blocked with their vans and if you ask them to remove the van from the private driveway the answer is: NO HABLA INGLES. For the next time both the towing company and the police will be called for property violation.
They do not take out their garbage, rather throw it on the bushes and on the ground all around the entrance. Now, since the snow is melting, everything is plaster around the entrance.
