The diversity and availability of equipment and programs is great.

Staff are friendly, helpful, available (easy to find) and knowledgeable.

If the following were better addressed, I d probably give a 5-star rating.

Reception area and membership staff need some way to help walk-ins who are lost, want to know how long it takes to meet with a rep to learn about membership, etc. Usually everyone is busy and not readily available to help those who wander in or members who have questions that are not answered by online FAQs.

The wall of printed info sheets is useful for those who just need basic info, but humans are best at handling specific question.
