I got here with my family Saturday 1am I ask if they had anything early for us bc I was schedule to get in Sunday at 4 pm but got there early , that is when all the confusion started (remind you I have on toddler with me that we have being in the road for 27hours) they said no we dont have anything come back late, I go back 930am the girl tells me i will put a rush in a room for you, come back in 1hour I go back 11am I get another person oh I'm sorry we dont have anything until 4pm, there is no communication between them, I after I complain about all that had being happen she went to talk to her manager come and back and says *we do have a room but you have to pay 22dollares more* seriously if all all about the money why not ask me early . They don't clean the room correctly, the floor all dirty so nasty, the stove sucks, ac in the room didn't work, tv didnt work, it was a very bad experience with them I would not recommend if thou is low price not worth the headache .
