No organization in entering the building. Had two people scanning with metal detectors who did not do a sufficient job. Only asked if you had metal object in your pockets even if it went off you still walk in. The seat arrangement was ok, however, the seats themselves were so uncomfortable, knees hit the chair in front of you and there is a cup holder which takes away from your knee space attached to the same front chair. If someone has shoulder length hair, be ready to have a added flavor in your drink if you use the holder.

It's just not a good place for a concert will not be going there ever again.
