On hold for an hour trying to cancel our service. The rep was rude so I am waiting on a manager. Have been a customer for 8 years. This has never been the best service provider... For our specific area it was the only one available. Covid 19 has them completely shut down... And this is October... So why do they not have any provisions for thier customers yet... There should be reps and managers available by phone if you cannot make it to a location. I would never recommend WOW to anyone that has a choice for an ISP or cable company.
