I have been a customer of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power for several years now, and I must say that their service has been average. While they do a decent job of providing gas and power services, I have experienced a few issues with their customer support. The wait times to speak with a representative can be quite long, and sometimes the representatives are not very knowledgeable. Overall, I would say that Sempra U.S. Gas & Power is an okay company to do business with.
