I recently used this company's services to improve communication and emergency notification within our organization. While the initial setup process was smooth and the system seemed to work as intended, I found the user interface to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. Additionally, the customer support experience was somewhat lacking, with slow response times and somewhat generic solutions to our specific issues. The overall functionality of the system is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and customer service. I hope to see upgrades and improvements in the future to make the overall experience more seamless for users.
