Do not stay here. Employees promise services and then refuse to provide them.

We stayed at the Penn Stater for an event and planned to use the shuttle service to the University. We made a reservation for a specific time for the shuttle the day prior and we were told to show up in the lobby at 9:00am. We showed up at 9:00am and were then told the shuttle was full and we could not be transported...even though they agreed we had a reservation and should have been on the shuttle.

We were left hanging at the hotel while the event started. We ended up scrambling around, getting a parking pass at the stadium and arriving late to the event. The hotel employees just said nothing and did not try to help us. They thought we should just wait around for an hour and catch the next shuttle, and miss the main part of the event we drove hours to attend. We would have been fine if they had told us the day before the shuttle was full - instead they told us there was plenty of room.

Awful service. Promises they do not deliver on. No attempts to right the situation.
