I likened this to the Minotaur's labyrinth. You are directed in but there's little hope of finding the way out, especially when 3 members of staff block the marked exit route with a ladder and nothing to warn you before you get stuck between them and a number of other bewildered customers.
The plant choices were limited with seemingly countless unwanted numbers of the same plants available.
