I ordered an aeg with them through amazon, the day after they emailed me, and stated that there was an issue with their software. Ot was not in stock. The team was very helpful, they responded to emails within minutes even around midnight. Some one from management ended up finding the last one in stock, and I received my aeg along with a bag of bb's, and extra midcap mags at no cost for the trouble.

Great staff, and timely response made me feel well taken care of.
