This was our first experience using this kind of service and we have been thoroughly impressed. Loved the fabric and fit. The first shirt we sent back and they changed the measurements and they sent a new shirt that is perfect. My husband loves it, it's hard to find a white dress shirt where the collar, sleeves, wrist and waist all fit. We will definitely order again, especially since now they have his measurements and won't have to worry about those again.
