Very disappointed in this place called ahead to as...

Very disappointed in this place called ahead to ask if they took care of ducks was told exotic vet not on duty but that any vet would be able to handle it. When we got there they took my duck in and took a look at her the vet called and said you have two options take her to another vet or put her down. She said she was not allowed to do anything with exotics no medication nothing so we went there for nothing I was very disappointed I was not told us ahead of time and drove the 35 miles there and home for absolutely nothing
