During the renovations of the building the tours were postponed. I happened to be traveling east toward the Kalamazoo area, and sent an email asking if on the off chance I could pop by and just see the historic site. I got a response back from Jeremy, stating that he could likely set it up. I was set to go by on a Friday, but got hung up crossing Chicago on my trip east and arrived after hours. To my dismay, I had missed out. I felt so bad about being late after all Jeremy had done so much to set me up for a personal tour. I sent him an apology note.
I got back an email from Jeremy with an appointment to go in on the Saturday The production manager, Derrick gave me and my wife an amazing off work hours, personal tour.
This is the best customer service that I have ever experienced, anywhere.
I'm currently a Hertige guitar owner, but this kind of service seals the deal for me. My next guitar will for certain be a Heritage. Not only for this kind of great customer service but for the hand built quality and dedication that goes into ever guitar.
