Girl was informed I needed to RETURN wireless modem more then 3x kept asking if it was this or that I answered "WIRELESS MODEM", Gave up went to UPS STORE- THEY GREETED ME,PACKED IT shipped it & THEN Mailed a package (Snai Mail) THEY TOTALLY GET MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
