1. Do not book Alcatraz through them!! I was told last minute they didn't have have tickets for us

2. Watch how you are charged!! I was robed of $120.00 for an Alcatraz tour I didn't take. I've tried to reach out (by phone and email) to managers about this but I'm ignored.

3. Not a hop on hop off tour!! The wait can be up to 30 minute or worst they leave you (which happened twice.)

4. The sad part is that the guides are amazing but the incompetence, thievery, unprofessional service provided by the office is unbelievable.
STAY AWAY!
