Grayhawk Homes take their time in building the house, everything is done right way, no shortcuts. Also the walk thru and one month and 11 month follow ups for warranty works are a great features and Grayhawk initiates these follow ups. Grayhawk personnel are very helpful and did an excellent job at walk thru (specially Rick). We are very satiesfied with our home so far, thank you Grayhawk, cheers!
