We hired an attendant through portea for my aunt who was bedridden. The attendant stopped coming after 3 days without informing. Portea also didn't care to update us. We waited till afternoon on that day and then called their customer care and local representative, we were informed that the attendant is not going to come. We paid the amount upfront for a week and also a registration fee of Rs 1000. They stopped the service by Aug 25. I have been following up from then for the refund. They don't care. Even with multiple follow ups no one bothers to call and give a status on the refund. Such a pathetic service. Unfortunately I don't have the option to give a negative rating for these guys.
