Room was fine

Room was fine

Hallway smelled like mildew and was severely outdated

One of 3 at frontdesk, her approach and lack of helpfulness was disconcerting, but the guy that assisted me was helpful. Maybe a retraining opportunity for her, maybe not well suited for frontdesk role
