I hosted an event for my company here, the service was great, the accommodating to many of our requests. However, if I had the chance to do another event in East Bay would never use Hilton. Is dated, the rooms smell and the decor is so old and ugly. Many of the guest rooms smell like cigarette, the pool is ugly and dated, in general the ambiance is like walking into a bad motel back in the 80's... avoid! Better host an event in the city
