Just wanted to let everyone know that before you use this company you will be waiting for three to five weeks until you receive any kind of update or before any work is started on your blower. This company has cost us approx. $30K for the length of time they have had our blower. Guess what as of today they still have our blower and nothing has been repaired. After a brief discussion with the owner and finding out what an arrogant, and none responsive man he is explains the quality of his employees and his company. Your company is only as good as the management itself.
Gardner-Denver recommended this company. I have written them a detailed letter explaining my problem and the experience I have had. Hopefully a quality company like Gardner-Denver will stop recommending them.

Nathan Belz - I totally agree with your complaint. After Blake @ AirMac gave me a day he would show up, and never did. It took me calling management to get someone out to pick up my blower.
