I have a claim with them as we speak. They were at fault and fixed my car but now they won t reimburse me for the rental car. They agreed to pay me $22/day for the rental car 3-5 business days after I submit my receipts. Every time I call no matter what time of day they say that the adjuster for my case is on lunch. And now they just hang up on me once I give them my claim number. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this? I have never seen an insurance company handle business like this.
