Communication break down..
Librarian annouyed at helping me on the computer and asking for help a lot..
I'm not computer or mobile Savy just needed help too change password for google account and seek account too add references too my CV in seek..
Looking for a job...
And other librarians were afraid touch the keyboard..
Covid 19 is here and if everyone sanitizers and wears a mask then the spread is regulated and controlled...
Very fustrating...
In the end problem sorted after 2 hrs...
I think librarians should have more patience and humility...
