Attorney Andrew Flieschman is a literal joke. He was hired to handle an appeal for a buddy of mine and literally didn't even try to help him. He ignored obvious issues such as extreme misconduct on the DA and withheld evidence. He even accused my buddy of being guilty. Now as time has passed new evidence has been obtained by a real attorney who is about to get my buddy out of prison. This Andrew Flieschman guy is horrible. His conduct was unprofessional and flat out unethical. No attorney is supposed to speak to his client the way this guy did. An attorney is supposed to do his job. Andrew Flieschman did not. If you are dealing with a serious case I'd go else where. Because if this guy decides he doesn't like you he will ruin your case. My buddy has had to go through so much to get the mess Andrew Flieschman caused straight. Avoid this guy.
