The hotel was clean. The staff was mostly friendly. The valet parking that was $150 for 26 hours returned my car damaged. This rating is more about the lack of response to my damaged car. The valet service to a damage report (they asked me to fill out) and I was told the manager would call me the next day. The number I was given did not work and the email address bounced. I emailed customer service and called the hotel to speak with the valet service. Was told the manager would call me back. I called the hotel again and was also told a manager would call me back. I have not heard from them. With parking the one night stay was over $650. You would think an establishment that charges that would have the ability to help a customer. At this time they do not.
