I called & set up an appointment to get a rock chip in my window fixed & when I came in (mind you it had drizzled a little bit on the drive there) I was told that he couldn t repair my chip because I used my windshield wipers in the rain & that he could repair it but it wouldn t be as good. So I was upset because I was not told this & I was driving from New Orleans & this was a white man with gray hair (I don t recall his name). So I rescheduled sometime in a few weeks when it was bright & sunny & when I parked I stepped out of my car into hot gum -_- man with white hair said it would take 15 mins & it ended up being about 10 mins. I felt like he rushed me out & also did not give me a receipt, I also checked my windshield after & noticed there was some new scratches on my windshield next to my repair so am stuck with that now. They offered no answer as to what happened there, 1/5 I do not recommend.
