Absolute joke of a company with a dreadful service...
Absolute joke of a company with a dreadful service all round.
First off, the t-shirt I ordered for my nephew still hasn't arrived despite the delivery promise on the product page saying "within 6 days". The whole reason I bought it was so I could get it for his bday. They argue it is to be 'dispatched' within 6 days, but still, it has been over 13 days since my order and have received nothing.
Secondly, they force you to 'sign up' with an email in order for you to have the basic right of inquiry about your order. They do this to increase sign-ups for marketing purposes. Totally unacceptable. And as you may notice from other reviews, people have been confused with the customer service as it uses both email and 'in-site' messaging.
Thirdly, customer service takes no appreciation for your requests. They always reply 48 hours later at the soonest - almost like trained bots. I asked for a refund and this has totally been ignored - with them recently laying blame with my 'address details'.
They use companies from god knows where to sell products, which probably explains why parcels never arrive on time or go missing. They charge a premium for this delivery.
I will be collating all my correspondence and raising a complaint with Trading Standards.
Do not shop at Frugal.
