"Horrible system"
I called to book the reformer class for 3 persons and they accepted us to join the class. When we arrived at the studio, the lady at the reception told us that one of us will be in the waiting list because one of their client had booked online and she didn't see it.

She asked if only 2 of us can join the reformer class and another one join the yoga class instead. This is totally unacceptable since we called them twice to confirm the spaces.

We drived all the way to join the reformer class not Yoga class. We are so not happy about it and we will definitely not go back again for the second time.
