Captive Aire equipment defective from the beginning.

Defective equipment from the beginning. So many issues I have to pull out a book of notes to list them all. I have 2 roof top units. One for the kitchen and one for the rest of the restaurant. From the beginning the kitchen unit only operated intermittently. The factory has a tech support desk that has access to your systems operations and can make adjustments remotely. Tech support was never able to adjust either system back to fully operational. Keep in mind every time you call tech support you will wait anywhere from 30-60 min for a technician to take your call. In the first 5 months of initial operation the kitchen system has yet to be fully operational after three visits by factory technicians. The main restaurant system had a blower wheel implosion that has severely damaged the entire unit making it inoperable. The main unit needs many parts that are covered by the warranty. However the service techs are overbooked for repairs and new system startup’s they do not know when they will be able to repair my system. Try to run a restaurant in the summer with no AC. Additionally, there are no weekend or after hours service technicians if your system has any operational issues. I was proactive when I first suspected something was happening to the system and immediately called my sales representative. I was given a service date that was two weeks after notifying captive Aire of a suspected serious issue. I have spent more than $100,000 for HVAC that to date has never run properly.
