Can t hardly get anyone on the phone, have been handling my case for over a year and all I receive in the mail is the same correspondence verbatim every month from PayerCompass who is supposedly coordinating with Phia. Haven t received any feedback on ways or how they are working on a resolution but now my Bills have been sent to collection, what a waste of time. Now I m back fighting these absurd medical bills.
