Following the purchase of their website module at ...

Following the purchase of their website module at the end of November 2019, I contacted the developer at the phone number indicated on their website to report an anomaly in its operation. Technical support ran aground after their "uhm weird" message of 12/12/2019.
Having previously told me that that period was a busy time for them, I waited until January (so a month and a half) when I retried the contact on 01/15/2020 (no answer), 01/24/2020 (none answer) and 11/02/2020 (again no answer).
Regardless of whether or not the assistance I needed, indeed "I need", is compatible with the support included in the purchase of their product (but I have never even been asked for any extra payment which, in case, I would have understood), I find their behavior extremely rude, unacceptable towards a client and not at all professional.

UPDATE: After the beauty of eight months your only concern was to reply to the review by deleting and republishing the same reply as the first time to which I had replied with the message that this time I will write here (so it will not be lost again if you do it again same game).
"I contacted support via WhatsApp simply using a number that YOU published, I certainly did not dream of it (yours is a business account, not a private account). Nobody ever wrote me that it was a channel to you unwelcome". As for the email you claim to have sent me on 20/01/20 at 4.48 pm I had already written to you that I never received it and that I checked the spam (which is never auto-deleted by me). What was your answer? Zero, nothing! You also ignored that message like all the previous ones .. "
