Usually I use quick Q ride but they seemed out of business due to COVID-19. I got a discount coupon $54 minus $6 =48. We were two people with three suit cases and two carry ons. The driver said he needed to charge $10 more for two carry ons. Since we had never charged small bags by QUICK Q we were not happy. The car was dirty, old, and very small, and his driving was very dangerous. At the end of the ride I was charged $68.25 and my fare was $62! Why $14 more??? I questioned but the driver said it was toll included but the toll was charged separately. He pushed me to pay, and asked me to hand my card. While I was really unhappy he said I needed to pick up other customers . Terrible experience and I will never ever use Carmel in my life.
