We purchased a car in July of 2020, and it has had electrical issues along with the horn not working, making it unable to pass inspection, and unsafe to drive. We realized the horn didn t work when we needed it to. Scary. We brought the car up because it s under warranty, and they didn t have the part to fix it, and refused to let us use a loner because they don t have them anymore I guess? Regardless, we are paying to have a car that s unsafe to drive, and have our hands tied right now as to what to do. They could at least call other Ford dealerships and try to arrange a loner. It will be a week for the part to come in so I guess I just won t go anywhere, after the near wreck when someone was changing lanes and I swerved to miss them and nearly wrecked with my children in the car, I m too scared to drive it. This is really horrible customer service. We were planning on purchasing a car from them in January for our daughter, but we will now be going somewhere else. Also, with all the cars issues, we are really worried about such a new car having so many problems, I m not sure Ford s in general are good cars. I hope everyone steers clear from this place, I think the chip shortage has made them do some shady things to stay in business.
