Promised me repairs in my unit in 2017 and told me...

Promised me repairs in my unit in 2017 and told me not to use Tarion, deceitfully. Did not keep their word on the repairs. Overcharging for a heat pump rental. And truly manipulative, unprofessional, and condescending.
