My colleague and I always stay at the Brice hotel ...

My colleague and I always stay at the Brice hotel when we visit Savannah on business. We will not be coming back. The valet backed our rental car into another car right before our eyes. I still have heard nothing from the hotel manager, Alfonce, despite having exchanged information. When we checked out, nothing was said to us and no efforts have been made to make amends. Not even a verbal apology was given. One employee did say the hotel would give us a credit toward our Ubers but this was not done. We lost a significant amount of time on our business trip and our rental vehicle was extremely damaged.
