Very bad experience during our holidays.

Very bad experience during our holidays.
We found mouse s dropping (pooth) in the bed!!!

When I called the reception, I asked for an employee. Nobody came, since they where only 2 persons working at the reception. They asked me some photos, and were doubtful about my story .

Then I met the manager of cleaning team, who was very more understanding. But nothing was made for giving more consideration to my claim.

I explained all my problem in Dutch to Van der Valk s staff, maybe badly. But the accent was obviously not good enough.
The employee told me then that the universal language is English...

High level...

I don t speak a nice English as well. But I m sure that everybody will understand what I m writing here.

Maybe a manager or the CEO will read this testimony.
I remain at their disposal if necessary.

I let you know that I ll contact health services.
It s just unacceptable.
