The Review process for having someone admitted for...

The Review process for having someone admitted for home hospice service was very mechanical.
The Representative "Alejandra" who does the home assessment treated the interview as a salesman would.
Clearly "talking over " the client's ( my elderly mother) level of understanding.
She Just "rattled off " the things she was supposed to say about the company even when I told her ( several times) my mother is not understanding you.
I was not impressed with the level of empathy for the terminally ill from their home representative.
I will consider other hospice providers.
