Fountainhead Apartment Complex owned by Highland Management in Richfield is terrible & horrible. This apartment complex is very old. Management is horrible.
Rent is too high for the crap services they provide. Just a rip off of people's money. They do not follow any apartment rules or standards.

Stinking apartment. Carpets & Bathrooms are horrible.
