Go with their team. The only porblem we had was with the screens. Some of the screeens came damaged and had to be replaced. Working with the salesman and the warehouse presented some communication problems but there was never an issue with getting the best solution. We got the screens replaced and now have a house that is more comfortable and the windows are beautiful. Having worked with the Pella family over the years in my work I wasn t surprised.
