We booked what we believed to be a 5 star hotel, but the room did not reflect this. It was dated, with a fairly shoddy carpet and not as clean as you would expect. We also had issues with mini bar charging.

On the plus side, the view was fabulous and the bed was comfy. The lobby area is also nice.
