DS MAX PROPERTIES: Very bad service and for small things you should escalate at Senior Management level.
I have purchased apartment in DS MAX. My top concern.. Cracks from floor to ceiling are there. These were reported in the year 2015 during handover and are still not resolved. I repeatedly send pictures to management. They send different people when I remind for survey but 4 years now never fixed it. I am doubtful about construction quality. I have been asking for meeting with Chairman Mr. SATISH since year 2015 to escalate this. However he is never available to meet customers. Every time, though he is in office, I am told he is travelling. He features a lot in media however doesn't meet customers to resolve concerns. I spoke to Reshma customer Care last week also.. I insisted immediate fix she said I have to understand what is the issue first.. This is after repeated reporting for 4 years. Any ideas who can I reach to see that this is resolved. Thank You!!!
