Poor customer service. I was told when I gave them my card # it would be a 155.00 fee to look at the problem with my gas furnace. I asked the girl on the phone to be sure and have them contact me with a quote before charging me anything or fidoingva repair. I missed the call from the repair man and immediatly called him back and got no answer. My tenant told me the repair man was there for a total of 15 minutes at best. They charged my credit card for 500.00 and have never contacted me since. I have not received a bill either by email or mail! Disgraceful!! I would not recommend at all!!
