Your staff is nice and courteous. The house is beautiful and the tree chalets are very attractive.

But, since I'm a specialist, I definitely expect more service for the price we paid.

When booking, it was pointed out that it was the day of our wedding. There weren't even any congratulations.
The way to the chalet was only explained to us, we had to bring our luggage there ourselves. There was no information about the whirlpool.
The breakfast buffet was very good ...

It may be a high level gripe for you - I expect more for the price.
