I ve been going to this movie theater for eight years. It used to be really good, the staff was nice and welcoming. But recently, the new staff has made the new movie theater extremely tedious to enjoy. The staff is extremely strict and rude about everything and that s an understatement. I ve had to refund my tickets multiple times. I genuinely get confused because every time I or anyone else refunds tickets, the employees are causing the company to lose customers and money. I ve had to throw away a water bottle because food is not allowed inside the theater so I had to pay 5 dollars for a small cup. Sometimes, the people that check the tickets are nice, but a lot of times, there s a specific guy.that always gives me a hard time every time. I personally do not recommend if you are expecting a welcoming, comfortable, and reasonably priced movie theater experience. Take it from someone who has been going here for the past 8 years. It used to be really good, but I don t know what happened to it. From my perspective, their new staff has been gradually decreasing the quality and enjoyment I get from going to the movies.
