We spent the best time of our lives in Playa del Carmen. We had the honor to stay at this hotel, and it was such a wonderful experience! The employees were so attentive to our needs from the moment we walked in to the moment we had to say goodbye. They always welcomed us with smiles on their faces, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We loved being able to interact with all the wildlife around us, it was such a unique experience to get to be so close and know that we were still safe. We particularly enjoyed the activities offered at the pool. The animation and entertainment team really made sure we had a wonderful time! I want to thank Ines for her hospitality and Selza for always making sure we had a great time, thank you guys so much ! We hope we get to come back soon !!
