This is how I was greeted via chat by their CSR after the storm in February 2021.
Whats going on? I'll be upfront with you and let you know my plumbers are booked up until mid to late march due to all the calls we're recieving with busted water lines and such. This is the busiest I've seen them!
I would never give them my business; rude and unprofessional.
