I think the owner and his assistant are the most reliable Irish I have met. They have changed my opinion about Irish. They are really helpful as least in my case. They even help me with everything we need even that is not their job. We should cherish not complain. I don't know why there is a feed back saying the owner is nitpicker. I think he isn't at all. As doing food business. If you are not nitpicker, you won't do good food. Actually in all the jobs are the same. We have to consider other people as well. Not being selfish. The EHO checks the kitchen all the time. We have to make it perfect for everyone.
