Design work is good enough to get through permitting requirements but was not completely accurate causing problems in the very end. Can confirm many of Skip's complaints below. Poorly run business that fails to monitor their employees causing major construction delays and financial hardships on their customers due to their inability to deliver services in a timely manner. Extremely Dishonest initial quoting practices. If you have to use this company, would recommend you have plenty of time for the project as many of their subcontractors will likely not deliver on time. I had to take over the very end of the project to get it done for a temp CO due to construction manager being on vacation as well just being unresponsive in general.
